Sunday, June 9th Birds From a Distance

The photos aren't great because the birds were pretty far away, but during this morning's bird walk we got to see an Alder Flycatcher, a Phoebe Flycatcher, a male and female Hairy Woodpecker, a few Cedar Waxwings, and many other birds, to total 28 different species.

Female Hairy Woodpecker just emerged from her tiny nest in the hole of the tree.  She's a little ruffled!
